LANK Technology FlexCo is hereinafter referred to as “LANK Technology”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
Our online store is operated using Shopify. Shopify provides the technical e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
Product images, colors and visual appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen settings and manufacturing characteristics.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products or limit availability, provided that this does not affect orders already accepted by us.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the ordered goods.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where legally permissible, for example in the event of product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or payment problems.
If an order cannot be accepted, payments already received will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed in the online store are shown in the currency applicable to the selected market.
Unless otherwise stated, prices for consumers include applicable VAT where required by law.
Shipping costs and, where applicable, customs duties, import taxes or other charges are displayed or communicated separately where required.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the countries and regions shown as available in our online store.
Delivery times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, customs processing or force majeure.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods are physically received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Returns
Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions where applicable have statutory withdrawal rights.
EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods.

Our products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose, the product information and the applicable user manual.
Products used in alpine environments cannot eliminate the inherent risks associated with mountain, snow or avalanche terrain.
Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the correct use of the product and for inspecting the product for damage or excessive wear before use.
These provisions do not limit liability or statutory rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including trademarks, logos, product names, texts, graphics, photographs, videos, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LANK Technology.
Content may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, publication or commercial use without our prior permission is prohibited unless permitted by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our online store may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, shipping or analytics providers.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of independent third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
11. Relationship with Shopify
LANK Technology is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical platform for our online store.
All purchases made through our store are contracts directly between the customer and LANK Technology FlexCo.
Shopify is not the seller of our products.

Shopify and other service providers may process personal data to provide their respective services in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their privacy policies.

For consumers, any mandatory statutory rules regarding jurisdiction remain unaffected.
