Carbon wird in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, im Motorsport und im Hochleistungssport aufgrund seines außergewöhnlichen Verhältnisses von Festigkeit zu Gewicht eingesetzt. In Kombination mit einem schlagzähmodifizierten Epoxidharzsystem ist unser Material darauf ausgelegt, Stöße zu absorbieren und auch bei extremen alpinen Temperaturen zuverlässig zu bleiben.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are handmade from high-performance carbon fiber, combining high strength with very low weight for use in alpine conditions.

What is the UIAA certification?

The UIAA sets international safety standards for mountain equipment. For avalanche shovels, it conducts bending and pulling tests on the blade and shaft to simulate typical use during a rescue situation.

Are there additional costs for orders to Switzerland?

Yes. Orders to Switzerland are shipped DAP. Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and customs clearance fees are not included in the price shown at checkout and are charged separately upon delivery.
